LETTERS TO THE WEBSITE

I make no excuse for this being a rant! I am so sick and tired finding dog poo in the churchyard.
For two consecutive days now I have found two very large deposits of dog waste on the ground.
Somebody who must own a sizeable dog is not picking up their pets’ waste.
On both occasions I have taken it upon myself to get rid of it, on one occasion getting it on my hands there was so much of it.
NOT a pleasant experience!
I am a dog owner myself and frequently take my pet through the churchyard so she can stretch her legs.
I ALWAYS know exactly where she is so that I can clean up after her should she need to go to the loo!
If you forget to take a poo bag with you, make a mental note of where the mess is, go home, get a bag and go clean it up.
As a dog owner there is NO excuse for ignoring the deposits your pet makes.
To do so is lazy, irresponsible, and disrespectful, to say nothing of the health hazards it can cause, especially when there are children going through the churchyard on their way to school.
SO to all you dog owners out there I have one message. CLEAN IT UP!!!!
