Bisley Greenshop
Established in 1988, The Greenshop is a long-standing independent eco shop on the edge of Bisley, run by three generations of the Budgeon family and serving the local community for over thirty-five years.
The Greenshop has become a destination for environmentally responsible shopping in the Stroud valleys, offering practical and sustainable products for everyday living.
Alongside environmentally friendly household goods and refillable products, The Greenshop stocks a wide range of gifts, homewares and everyday essentials. We are known locally for having one of the largest selections of greetings cards and bamboo socks in the area, as well as a good range of bird seed and wildlife products. There is also a good selection of books for all ages.
The shop carries a carefully chosen selection of local food and produce, including Dickensons local honey, a large range of meat from Portway Farm Shop, and fresh fish onsite every Thursday from The Padstow Fish Company, alongside many other locally sourced goods.
Visitors can enjoy good coffee and homemade cakes while browsing or sitting outside by the lily pond. Free WiFi and electric vehicle charging are available on site, with easy parking at Calf Way on the edge of the village.
Also located on site are:
• Greenshop Solar – solar energy and renewable installations (more information at www.greenshopsolar.co.uk)
• Rainharvesting Systems – rainwater harvesting and water conservation systems (more information at www.rainharvesting.co.uk)
• Greenshop Paints – a large range of environmentally friendly paints and finishes (more information at www.greenshoppaints.co.uk)
