Red Deer Farm

Red Deer Farm on Exmoor is the home of former Bisley resident Alastair MacLeod, his wife Louise, and their young daughter.
Alastair, a Royal Navy pilot who grew up in the village, and whose mother Alyson still lives here, moved to the farm with Louise a couple of years ago to raise rare breed sheep and pigs.
Louise, a qualified vet, oversees most of the husbandry, with a keen eye on the welfare of the small but growing menagerie, and you can sponsor an animal and purchase its meat in the knowledge that it has lived the best possible life.
All of the animals are chosen from the Rare Breed Survival Trust List, and are breeds  known for their taste and quality.
While the farm is currently not technically certified as organic, the animals are  fed organically, and treated with natural remedies as far as is possible.

For the price list - goose and turkey is available, as well as pork and lamb - and more details, please follow this link.
